Trying to import a Burp XML report and getting the following error:
An error occurred while processing report. Please contact your account manager An error has occurred.
Have you seen this? If so how was it fixed?
This is likely due to an issue we recently identified in which newly defined Burp issues are not recognized by WAS. We have a patch that should go live this week (still in QA) that should address this issue. If you send an email to support asking to be notified when the patch has been released, they should follow up. You can reference crm # 933276 in your email. Alternatively I am 98% confident it will be out by Friday and you could try then.

I was notified today there are complications with the patch that could delay it past Friday - so you may need to have support notify you. Still hoping for Friday but the likelihood did get reduced so thought I should mention it.

The patch release has been postponed. There has apparently been a challenge with a database change that may require some WAS services to be impacted - which requires a notification to customers. If you are subscribed to our release notifications on the community you should see something today or Monday.

Thanks for the update. What does this mean for the timeline? Monday? Month? If that long can we request it for our company?
We're working on understanding the impact to services to determine what the timeframe will be - but I am very hopeful it will be a few days (into next week) with very limited impact. The patch will address the problem when it comes out - you won't need to request. We are just working to make sure our releasing the patch which is intended to fix some issues doesn't cause impact that can't be managed. I am going to set a reminder to notify you directly when I get more information.
