Remediation Ticket data analysis

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a data visualization on how well each group in remediating their tickets.

Is it possible to get these number from API or Reports based on severity and users. Basically, on weekly basis I want to see a report like:

 

Remediation Ticket Status Open:

NameSeverity 5Severity 4Severity 3
Mr.A1110111
Mr.B111222
Mr.C2012123

 

Remediation Ticket Status Closed:

NameSeverity 5Severity 4Severity 3
Mr.A1110111
Mr.B111222
Mr.C2012123

 

I tried the "Remediation Report" function but that gives me all tickets number. The only way I can do this right now is manually query the remediation ticket list based on user and ticket status
