second account, no access

Hi All,


I reached out to support for this and was directed here. I have a secondary account on my companies BrowserCheck account. I have been able to check computers that have checked in and create a new link for people to use to run BrowserCheck. Recently, however, I was unable to log into my account. The main account holder changed my password and I could still not gain access even with the new password.


If anyone here has any insight I would appreciate it greatly.
