Firefox 33.1 reports:  SSL peer was not expecting a handshake message it received. (Error code: ssl_error_handshake_unexpected_alert)

Chrome 39: Error code: ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION

SSL Labs test: Assessment failed: Unexpected failure [RenegotiationTest]: Exception: Unexpected failure [RenegotiationTest]: Connection failed

OpenSSL from a command line:

C:\OpenSSL-Win64\bin>openssl s_client -connect portal.unisys.com:443

WARNING: can't open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf

Loading 'screen' into random state - done

CONNECTED(0000015C)

But IE 11 gives the login page via HTTPS. Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks,
