Assessment failed: No secure protocols supported

When I ran the SSL Labs SSL test this morning my site received an F.  I downloaded IIS Crypto as recommended and found that the only SSL protocol that was active was SSL 2.0.  I clicked on the Best Practices button which enabled TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 and disabled all others.  Now when I run the SSL Labs test I get the message Assessment failed: No secure protocols supported.  My site is running Windows 2008 R2 and IIS7.  Any thoughts why it can't test now?

When I browse to the site using Chrome I get the green padlock and when clicking on it is verifies the SSL certificates and reports that I am connected using TLS 1.0.  Thanks!
