This is regarding QID: 38229 - Service Stopped Responding when scanning one of our IP.
We don't have any access control list for blocking of Qualys Secure Operations Center (SOC) IP Range 126.96.36.199/20 (188.8.131.52-184.108.40.206) at our Fortigate Firewall .
Observed that TCP connection has been established Qualys SOC IP’s , interim it got interrupted .
Exactly let me know what are the changes should be done at our firewall to avoid this interruption.
We have scanned the IP with Medium and Low/Lowest Bandwidth Settings.
With respective to Firewall policy your IP's has been white listed . Let me know if we need to follow any attributes changes at our firewall to get flawless connection for QSOC IP's.
