IP Address scaning

I have been conducting scans of our network over the last four months. Prior to the last scan we have disabled insecure ports and services on our border router. things like VOIP/SIP, Telnet, SNMP, finger etc. The latest scan that I ran does not detect the IP address at all nor does it report the vulnerabilities that have not been remediated. Would the explination be the fact that we have disabled SNMP completely? I have also noticed that the appendix has been removed from the vulnerability scan report. was this done on purpose?
