I have a problem with a Qualys Guard Appliance, when network setup finish appears a network error code E13. Until this moment I tested:
1. A ping from another host in the same network for test connectivity.
2. An nslookup from internal DNS server to qualysguard.qualys.com.
3. Validate network traffic, firewall not report events from IP appliance.

I followed step by step Michael Cardamone recommendations (https://community.qualys.com/docs/DOC-2824) but the problem persist.
