Hi, I ran a mapping for a ip segment but the result is host not found, I want to know if exist some log to verify it qualys can reach this segment? Or what other stteing I need to check, thanks

There are several reasons why you would see no hosts found. These inculde networking, option profile configuration and others.

If you are still having trouble please contact your Techinal Account Manager or support.
if you have netflow, or something similar, you should be able to see the flows from the scanner to the host.
