I was wondering if I could get a bit of clarification; we recently ran a WAS scan that came back with this information regarding one vulnerability:

Does this mean that the vulnerability was fixed (since it hasn't been detected since 24 Jul 2013)?  If so, why isn't it automatically closed so it doesn't keep coming up in the report?  Thanks.
