Is there any security risk for "Chain issues: Contains anchor, Not trusted as supplied"?
If one of my intermediate CAs has this issue, Is it same as having self-signed certificate for my web site?
There is no risk with "Contains anchor", only a potential (and small) performance penalty.
Not trusted as supplied should be investigated. It means that the chain might contain an obolete intermediate certificate, or that the root supplied is not the root that is used.
