When qualys is running a ploicy compliance check on the server a ouput is dsplaying as "Dissolvable agent not enabled ".
Can someone help me in this as why it is coming like this ?
If you are using an audit that requires the "Dissolvable agent" to be installed you will need to enalbel it.
while in the Policy Compliance module, select "scans" tab, navigate to the "setup" tab, click on the "Dissolvable agen" and choose to enable it by accepting it.
Re-run your scans and let us know.

Its alredy enabled as per the given path.
Since it is enabled then it should pass for the check put doing nothing and coming as the above comment.
Please suggest what can be done in order to resolve this case/

1. Ensure UAC is disabled. (might not need to be disabled, but a good place to check)
2. Ensure the scanning account has permissions to the %windir%\SysWOW64\. (not exactly sure what this means, but I assume we need write and execute permissions).
3. Ensure any host based ids/ips is not blocking this process.
Choose to file a support ticket if this persists.
