Cannot create Remediation ticket for "Information Gathered" findings

Hello community members,

 

Our client has a need to remediate "Information Gathered" findings and therefore we would like to create Remediation tickets for two QIDs:

 

·         105316 - Windows Shares With Everyone Group Having Full Control

·         105317 - Windows Shares With Everyone Group Having Any Access


However, these QIDs are "Information Gathered" and the tickets are not created. Can anybody confirm that this is by design and cannot be changed? Or is there a workaround?
