Unable to login to portal

  I tried to login to Qualysguard yesterday, but was given the Upgrading notification. Fair enough, I thought.

 

  I am trying to login in this morning -- repeatedly -- and am receiving this message:

 

An error has occurred and the QualysGuard Service cannot process your request. If this condition continues, please contact Qualys Support.

US Platform 2 does not recognize my credentials.

 

  I did open a ticket with Support, but I'm curious if anyone else is getting this as well.
