I have a problem on Qualys Scanner Appliance, and I need to remplace it.
Could somebody explain me the procedure for returning the product.
It is extremely simple, just contact our support organization either via phone or email. They will need the Serial Number for the Scanner (its on the bottom) and your login username (to look up your company information).
They will explain the rest of the RMA process from there.
