Dissolvable agent not enabled

Hi All, 

 

We are working on fixing the findings of policy compliance reports. Some of the reports are showing "Dissolvable agent not enabled" as the evidence instead of the actual values. Please someone help me understand this. Is any service blocking the agent to enable or is this because of the insufficient privileges for the server?   -- Raj
