Hi All,

I am scanning a solaris server using this below standard.

For all user accounts, the “.” (current directory) must notbe in the search path. In addition, “:” must not be at the beginning or end ofthe search path.

So when i look at the reports, I found a failure with below details.

======Expected Value(s)======

regular expression match

:\.

======Current Value(s) - Last updated: 05/19/2013 at18:01:08 (GMT+0530)======

/opt/csw/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/dt/bin:/usr/openwin/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/X11/bin/:/usr/local/bin/

Can anyone please explain what is the issue here and how to make the control pass in this case?

Thanks & Regards,

Raj.
