What is the best practice for creating ticket generating rules (remediation)? My scenario is based on:
- No asset groups
- Dynamic tags used
- Domains based on netblocks (different subnets)
How assets are brought into QualysGuard:
I have scheduled maps for each domain, once new host is detected, add to subscriptions, perform on-demand scan (initial scan).
We want to create a ticket creation rule that will create tickets based on netblocks or a specific tag.
Any recommendations are appreciated.
