WAS-only user?

We have a development team that contains users I'd like to have access to WAS scans run against the applications they're developing. However, I don't see any way to create a user that has Read-only access to WAS scans -- how is this done? Currently the only way I can get them reports is by exporting them to a flat file, and they're not too happy about going through a 1000+ page report.
