All my compliance scan are in Queue status, I initiated the scan 6 hours before and still they are in Queue status. I tried to ccancel and re launch and still facing the same issues. Any suggestion to resolve hte issues? Appreciate your help
For something like scans not progressing beyond queue, contact support. They will have greater visibility in whether there are platform or subscription specific issues. Other than cancelling and re-initiating, I am unaware of any method to get the scan out of queue status.
Support may be able to assist with this issue.
