Why is disabling TLS 1.2 being recommended

I checked a website on ssllabs.com and under the protocol details, it staed "Long handshake intolerance Yes (more info)"


When you click on more info, it directs you to https://github.com/ssllabs/research/wiki/Long-Handshake-Intolerance which suggests the user disable TLS 1.2.

 

We should be encouraging people to move to TLS 1.1 and 1.2.
