We started using TNE to send remediation tickets over to our Remedy system for workflow processing. One of the pain points with that is if you purge a host in Qualys the corresponding Remediation tickets get removed, but the same tickets that get imported to Remedy will stay in a OPEN state.
Currently we are comparing Tickets in Qualys and Remedy and correcting, is there a better way?
Can Qualys be set to Close Remediation tickets when the corresponding Host is purged?
