I'm wondering how other QualysGuard customers have successfully implemented Remediation or Ticketing policies? So far the only option I am seeing is creating a single ticket for each vulnerability on every host. This would generate an extremely large amount of tickets initially. I would like to create a ticket per host that lists all of the vulnerabilities or a ticket per vulnerability since a single vulnerability may be remediated across the entire enterprise through a patch or configuration change. I'd appreciate any info that has led to successfull remediation workflows.
