I have some qustions:
1 - For how long do closed remediation ticket remain on Qualys database?
2 - I need to control how many tickets I have on the beggining of a given month. On the last day of that month, I need to check how many of THOSE tickest I have resolved, closed or ignored. I don't want to have my numbers changed by tickets opened during the month. How can I do that?
3 - Do Qualys plan to improve the remadioation reports currently available? i really miss some report configuration options like "ticket creation dates" or
