I am looking for a better explanation to the results of reports. For example i found the following vulnerability on one of our servers

"EOL/Obsolete Software: Apache HTTP Server 1.3.X Detected"

The explanation of the vulnerability itself is well explained, but i need more detail around the results on the server

RESULTS:

What does this mean ? I would like to know what actual scan event took place to get this result.

Is there any documentation to explain all of this ?
