Unacceptable scan duration

We encounter a massively increase of scan duration up to interruption of vulnerability scans since a couple of weeks in our worldwide deployed QualysGuard VM Infrastructure.

The Qualys Support so far coudln't fix the problem in our subscription (hosted in the EU SOC in Geneva). The Question is if any other customer of QualysGuard VM observes similar problems while running scans?

 

Any advice or feedback will be appreciated.
