PCI Subscription Has Exceeded Maximum Number of IPs = 0

If you have recently created and linked a new Qualys PCI subscription to your Qualys Vulnerability Management account and are finding that when you try to add IPs to the PCI subscription you are receiving an error stating that you have exceeded the maximum number of IPs = 0.  This is expected behavior from the UI. 


You will not be able to add IPs to a newly linked PCI account.  The scanning would have to be performed on the VM platform using the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Option Profile and an external scanner.  Once the scan completes you will see in the results preview section of the scan a hyper-link titled "Share with PCI".  Once you share the results you will see those IPs in the PCI platform and if you would like, in the future, you can scan those IPs directly from the PCI platform.
