It's easy to reach support. Log in to Qualys and go to Help > Contact Support to submit a request. We'll automatically link your Qualys account to your support case.

We also provide solutions to some frequently asked questions. If you still need help after trying these options, click the "Submit a new request" link and tell us how we can help.
After submitting your request, you'll get an auto-generated email response with a case number that you can use for tracking. Have an urgent issue? Please call Qualys Support after submitting your email and let the technical support engineer know your case number.
