Accept EULA (sample code)

Created by Robert Dell'Immagine on Jun 24, 2010 7:17 PM - Last modified by Eric Perraudeau on Dec 29, 2011 4:29 PM

acceptEULA.pl (Tested with QualysGuard 6.23 and Perl v5.14.1):

This script demonstrates how to accept the Qualys Service End User License Agreement (EULA) on behalf of a customer. It can be used when a user is created using the API "user.php" like in the following example:

curl -n "https://qualysapi.qualys.com/msp/user.php?action=add&first_name=test&last_name=created_by_api&title=test&phone=000&email=email@company.com&address1=xxx&city=xxx&country=XXX&user_role=manager&business_unit=Unassignedme=test&last_name=created_by_api&title=test&phone=000&email=email@company.com&address1=xxx&city=xxx&country=XXX&user_role=manager&business_unit=Unassigned"

Normally, it would require that the user manually accept the EULA, but this step can be bypassed by using this script with the login/password returned in the output of the previous request.

This script takes a username and password as the first two command line arguments.
