Qualys is undertaking some significant improvements to our Security Operations Center (SOC) in the United States in order to support customers’ scanning growth. This upgrade includes expansions for the main database infrastructure amongst other important changes.
The upgrade requires a 12-hour downtime starting on June 2nd, 2011 at 12:00 PM Pacific (19:00 GMT). Please take special note that QualysGuard PCI (https://pci.qualys.com) will not be available during this downtime. Additionally, any scans running at the start of the scheduled downtime will be canceled and any scans scheduled to begin during the downtime will start immediately following the scheduled downtime. Customers are advised to make sure that the re-start of scheduled scans after the downtime does not interfere with normal network operations.
